Myanmar, Nicaragua Join Forces to Counter Misinformation

 

MYANMAR Ambassador to Nicaragua U Tun Aung Kyaw and Mr Daniel Edmundo Ortega Murillo, Media Coordinator of Nicaragua’s Council of Communication and Information, discussed cooperation between Myanmar and Nicaragua in combating misinformation and fabricated information on 14 August, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They also discussed exchanges of experience between media professionals from the two countries and cooperation in the media sector.
