OFFICIALS from the Department of Rural Development, under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, conducted a field inspection yesterday to monitor the implementation of the Mya Sein Yaung (MSY) Village Project in Phayangasu Village and Winka Village, Kyain-Seikkyi Township. The project aims to create job opportunities, increase family income, and boost local products. The inspection was led by District Officer U Min Wai Phyo and relevant officials.

Head U Min Wai Phyo and project staff met members of the Mya Sein Yaung
(Emerald Green) Village Project committees. They inspected the project
implementation progress, verified the proper filling of financial accounting
forms, and ensured compliance with the project manual guidelines, providing
necessary guidance and instructions.
According
to U Saw Tun Aye, District Staff Officer (Technical), the Kyain-Seikkyi
Township Department of Rural Development has disbursed project loans totalling
77.9 million to 93 members in Phayangasu Village, and K50.45 million to 78
members in Winka Village under the Mya Sein Yaung Village Project.
