A ceremony to warmly welcome back the triumphant frontline Tatmadaw members who courageously served their duties was held at the local battalion in Mongnai, Shan State (south), yesterday.
Relevant
officials of East Central Command, departmental officials, Myanmar Police Force
members, people’s militia unit members, and locals welcomed back returning
soldiers with heartfelt enthusiasm.
They
welcomed back the victorious Tatmadaw members with sprigs of Eugenia and
presented cash prizes to the returnees. The event included traditional dance
and music performances.
