THE Bar Council is seeking a formal review from the Supreme Court of the Union to take disciplinary action against 13 lawyers accused of violating professional codes of conduct.
The decision
was finalized during a Bar Council meeting held on 8 July in Nay Pyi Taw. Officials
discussed penalizing the legal practitioners under Section 10(A) of the Bar
Council Act.
