YESTERDAY afternoon, MNDAA terrorists launched an attack on Man Kai and Pan Haik villages in Namlan Township, Shan State (North), using heavy weaponry.
The assault, which occurred around 1:10 pm, resulted in injuries to two children, aged 5 and 9, who were struck by shrapnel. The injured children have since been taken to Namlan Station Hospital for medical treatment, with local authorities providing necessary support.
The attack has been condemned as a war crime, as the MNDAA continues to target innocent civilians in peaceful towns and villages, leading to loss of life and destruction.
Residents have expressed their outrage over these heinous acts. In response, security forces, in cooperation with the public, are intensifying counter-terrorism operations in the region.
