MoFA Deputy Minister receives Russian Ambassador to Myanmar

 

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Lwin Oo received Mr Iskander Azizov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on the further consolidation of friendship between Myanmar and Russia, the expansion of bilateral cooperation, including trade, education, and tourism sectors, and closer collaboration in regional and multilateral contexts.
