Korean Association donates over K200M for flood relief via MRCS

 

THE Korean Association in Myanmar donated more than K200 million to flood victims through the Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS) on 27 September. MRCS President Prof Dr Myo Nyunt and officials accepted the donation.

The MRCS president and members expressed their gratitude for their contribution to social charity work and presented certificates of appreciation to the donors.

In this donation, the Korean Association in Myanmar provided food and consumer goods worth over K180 million, in addition to a cash donation of K50 million. Among the consumer goods donated were 299 bottles of cooking oil, 8,620 pieces of clothing, and 120 pans.
