The State lands along both sides of the railways need to be grown with forests, so it is necessary to draw forest laws. Passenger trains must be linked with RBE carriages. The Senior General disclosed that preparations are being made to run the electric trains and electric locomotives are being built. The Senior General gave guidance that efforts must be made for arranging all rail tracts to endure trains can run at the speed of speed of 100 kilometres per hour as the original goal, and it is necessary to review the plan to admit more than the aforesaid speed of trains from the engineering point of view.

The railway circular near Htithein station is in a similar shape to the eminent Bawa Thanthaya railway and viaduct in order to draw the attention of train passengers.
