TODAY is the Myanmar New Year occasion for the 1385 Myanmar Era after the Myanmar Era 1884 has gone out. I would like to make New Year's wish on the auspicious occasion.
Yadisam Vapatevijam – Tadisam Haratephalam
Kalyana Karikalyanam – Papakarica Papakam. (Sagathavagga Samyugga)
It can be defined as follows: -
May all Myanmar people as well as global people initiate meritorious deeds with goodwill.
May all Myanmar people as well as global people not perform evil acts with the bad will.
May all perform good deeds and forge good benefits in their souls.
May all keep themselves away from bad deeds.
Property accumulated from the morning to the evening does not follow you all but two things: good deeds and misdeeds only follow you all.
Hence, you all should do meritorious deeds from the morning to the evening to accumulate good advantages with full prosperity.
May all remove bad deeds but consider good deeds for embracing prosperity.
I would like to make New Year wish for all to have good health and happiness on the New Year occasion.
