THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the launching ceremony of Thar Kaung Taman (good diplomat) Magazine for 2021 in Yangon yesterday.
The ceremony was attended by Union
Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin and officials of the ministry, magazine
distribution committee members, writers, advertisers and guests.
First, the Union minister remarked,
and Deputy Minister U Nyunt Swe (retired) made a greeting speech on behalf of
article writers.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
issued its annual magazine in 1997, and the 2021 Thar Kaung Taman Magazine is
the 23rd magazine. The magazine covers the experiences, diplomatic affairs and
international affairs encountered by senior diplomats, counsellors of the
ministry, directors-general, retired diplomats, employees in current operations
and external writers in both Myanmar and English languages.
