held at Pyidaungsu Hluttaw meeting hall yesterday morning where EURO 29.96
million and US$ 100 million loans were discussed among others.

comments report on the bill amending Bar Council Act sent with comments by the
President was first read by committee secretary Dr. Myat Nyana Soe and
Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker announced for Hluttaw representatives who want to
discuss the bill to register their names.

secretary Dr. Myat Nyana Soe tabled a motion to approve paragraph by paragraph
the Tax Management Bill sent by the Union Government. The motion was discussed

Maung Win after which the Hluttaw’s decision was obtained and the bill
approved.

Committee Vice Chairman 2 U Saw Than Htut read the committee’s Fiscal Year
2018-2019 first six months National Planning report 9/2019 and then tabled a
motion the Hluttaw to deliberate on it. Joint Public Accounts Committee member
U Kyaw Tint also read the committee’s Fiscal Year 2018-2019 first six months
Union Budget report 10/2019 and tabled a motion for the Hluttaw to deliberate
on it. After each report was read and motion tabled Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker
announced for interested Hluttaw representatives who want to discuss the matters
to register their names and announced further that the remaining programs will
be conducted in the 13th regular session.
Finally, the meeting was adjourned and announcement made for 14th day meeting of the Second Pyidaungsu Hluttaw’s 12th regular session to be held on Friday, 7 June.
