UEC Chairman U Hla Thein receives EU Ambassador

Chairman of the Union Election Commission, U Hla Thein received the EU Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Kristian Schmidt and delegation at the Union Election Commission Office at 3:30 p.m. yesterday.

During the meeting, they discussed the implementation status of the EU EOM’s suggestions on the 2015 General Elections, program to enable EU to monitor the 2020 General Elections, findings of EU Election Follow-up Mission (EU-EFM) and suggestions regarding the elections. UEC commission members and officials attended event.
