of security forces on duty to carry out security measures near Kyaukpandu
Village in Maungtaw Township in northern Rakhine State found a 3.5 feet long, 2
feet wide door made from wooden frames at an underground tunnel dug by ARSA
extremist terrorists about 300 meters south of Kyaukpandu Village on 13
November, according to the Commander-in-Chief’s office.
While
conducting law enforcement measure, security personnel found one more man-made
tunnel which is 15 feet long, 5 feet wide and 5.5 feet high ground tunnel. The
roof of the tunnel was covered with 6 inches of square wooden blocks. Security
forces discovered three tunnels made by ARSA terrorists on 5 November in the
morning near Kyaukpandu and Thinbawgway villages in Maungtaw Township. The
security forces are carrying out detailed and thorough searches around the
village where the tunnel was found.—MDN
