Two cars carrying philanthropic workers attacked in Muse, one man seriously injured

A combined force of KIA, TNLA and MNDAA opened fire on two vehicles owned by the Myittamon Philanthropic team in Muse township and the Parami Civil Society while the cars were heading to the 105-mile trade zone to help displaced people, according to the state counselor's office Information committee.

The Philanthropic teams left for the trade zone after they heard that displaced people had arrived in Lwein village, a combined force of KIA, TNLA and MNDAA shot at them with light firearms from an uphill site.

In the incident, Ko Ye Min Aung (23) from the Myittamon Philanthropic team was hit in the chest. Instead of going on to the camp, the vehicle went back to Muse hospital with the injured man on board. The injured man is still receiving medical treatment at the Muse people's hospital.

အဆိုပါ လူမႈကူညီေရးအသင္းမွေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္ႏွစ္စီးသည္ လြယ္အင္ေက်း႐ြာႏွင့္အနီး ပတ္ဝန္း က်င္၌္ စစ္ေဘးေရွာင္ဒုကၡသည္မ်ား ေရာက္ရွိေနေၾကာင္းသိရွိရသျဖင့္ အကူအညီေပးရန္ သြားေရာက္စဥ္ KIA၊ TNLA ႏွင့္ MNDAA လက္နက္ကိုင္အဖြဲ႕မ်ားကဘုရားကုန္းလမ္းေဘး ေတာင္ကုန္းမွ လက္နက္ငယ္ျဖင့္ ေလးခ်က္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ရာေမတၱာမြန္လူမႈကူညီေရးအသင္း ယာဥ္ေပၚ၌ လိုက္ပါလာေသာ ေ႐ႊလီၿမိဳ႕ေနၾကင္နာေႏြးေထြး ပရဟိတလူငယ္အသင္းမွ ကိုရဲမင္းေအာင္ (၂၃ ႏွစ္) (ဘ) ဦးခ်စ္၏ဝဲဘက္ရင္ဘတ္တြင္ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္း၊ ယင္းေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မွာ လက္နက္ငယ္ ထိမွန္မႈေၾကာင့္ ဆက္လက္မသြားေရာက္ႏိုင္ဘဲ ဒဏ္ရာ ရရွိသူႏွင့္အတူ မူဆယ္ၿမိဳ႕သို႔ ျပန္လည္ ေရာက္ရွိလာၿပီး ညေန ၄ နာရီခြဲခန္႔တြင္ မူဆယ္ၿမိဳ႕ ျပည္သူ႕ေဆး႐ုံႀကီးသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိကာ ေဆးကုသမႈခံယူလ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သတင္းထုတ္ျပန္ထားသည္။
