4 firemen who contributed their efforts in vessel capsize, promoted

 3rd November, Monywa
 4 fire brigade members who performed outstandingly during rescue measures after the Aung Soe Moe vessel (2) capsized in Chindwin River near Mi Chaung Twin village in Kani Township, Yinmabin District of Sagaing Region, were promoted on November 2nd with a ceremony at the Regional Fire Service Department in Monywa. 

Sagaing Region Security and Border Affairs Minister Col. Kyaw Thant Naing gave a congratulation’s speech at the ceremony. He said the fire brigade members undertook rescue measures in cooperation with military men, police members, town elders, social organizations and locals under the close supervision of the Regional Government.   
He congratulated the promoted fire brigade members for their efforts not only in salvaging dead bodies but also dutifully performing their tasks.   At the ceremony, 4 firemen : Mya Naing from Mone Yway Fire Station, Tint Lwin Oo from alone Fire Station in Monywa,   Zaw Htay and Zaw Linn Maung from Monywa Township Fire Station were promoted. 

The Sagaing Region Security and Border Affairs Minister also presented a certificate of honour to town elder U Myo Win who helped in salvaging the vessel.
