ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ျပည္ေထာင္စုဝန္ႀကီးဦးဝဏၰေမာင္လြင္ ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ ျမန္မာကိုယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕ အာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား ၏ သီးသန္႔အစည္းအေဝးသို႔ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့

လာအိုျပည္သူ႕ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္သမၼတႏိုင္ငံ၊ ဗီယင္က်န္းၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီ (၂၆) ရက္မွ (၂၇)ရက္အထိ က်င္းပခဲ့သည့္ အာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား၏ သီးသန္႔အစည္းအေဝးသို႔ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီး ဦး၀ဏၰေမာင္လြင္ ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ ျမန္မာကိုယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့သည္။

အာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား၏သီးသန္႔အစည္းအေဝးကို ၂၀၁၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ အာဆီယံ အလွည့္က်ဥကၠ႒တာ၀န္ကို မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံမွ လႊဲေျပာင္းထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့သည့္ လာအိုျပည္သူ႕ဒီမိုကရက္ တစ္သမၼတႏိုင္ငံက ၂၀၁၆ခုႏွစ္အတြက္ ပြဲဦးထြက္အစည္းအေဝးေနျဖင့္ အိမ္ရွင္အျဖစ္ လက္ခံ က်င္းပခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။ အဆိုပါ အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ လာအိုႏိုင္ငံ၏ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီး၊ မစၥတာ တြန္လြန္ ဆစ္ဆူလစ္ (Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith) က သဘာပတိအျဖစ္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္ခဲ့ၿပီး အာဆီယံအဖြဲ႕၀င္ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားမွ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ားႏွင့္ အာဆီယံအတြင္းေရးမႉးခ်ဳပ္ တို႔ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။

အဆိုပါသီးသန္႔အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ ၂၀၁၆ခုႏွစ္ အာဆီယံဥကၠ႒ ျဖစ္ေသာ လာအိုျပည္သူ႕ ဒီမိုကရက္တစ္သမၼတႏိုင္ငံက ဦးစားေပးေဆာင္႐ြက္သြားမည့္ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ (၈) ရပ္ကို တင္ျပခဲ့ၿပီး (၂၇)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ အာဆီယံထိပ္သီး အစည္းအေဝးေနာက္ပိုင္း ဆက္လက္ေဆာင္႐ြက္ရမည့္ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ လည္းေကာင္း၊ အာဆီယံ အသိုက္အ၀န္း ေမၽွာ္မွန္းခ်က္ ၂၀၂၅ ကို ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေရးႏွင့္ အသိုက္အ၀န္း (၃)ခု၏အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားအၾကား ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္႐ြက္မႈ ပိုမိုတိုးျမင့္ေရး ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကိုလည္းေကာင္း ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ားသည္ ေဒသတြင္းဗိသုကာတြင္ အာဆီယံ၏ဗဟိုအခ်က္အျခာက်မႈကို အေလးေပး ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ၾကၿပီး အာဆီယံ၏ဗဟိုအခ်က္အျခာက်မႈ ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ျမႇင့္တင္ျခင္းဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္ငန္းအစီအစဥ္ကို အျပည့္အ၀ ထိေရာက္စြာ အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေရး၊ ေဆြးေႏြးဖက္ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္႐ြက္မႈကို တိုးျမင့္ေရးႏွင့္ျပင္ပအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားနင့္ ထိေတြ႕ဆက္ဆံမႈမ်ားကို ပိုမိုခိုင္မာေစေရး၊ တို႔ကို ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ထို႔ေနာက္ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈ၊ ဆိုက္ဘာ လုံၿခဳံေရး၊ သဘာ၀ေဘး အႏၲရာယ္ႏွင့္ ရာသီဥတုေျပာင္းလဲျခင္းအစရွိသည့္ ႏိုင္ငံျဖတ္ေက်ာ္လုံၿခဳံေရးဆိုင္ရာ စိန္ေခၚမႈမ်ား အပါအ၀င္ ေဒသတြင္းႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာေရးရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအေပၚ အျမင္ခ်င္းဖလွယ္ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။

ထို႔ေနာက္ အစည္းအေဝးအၿပီးတြင္ အာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား၏သီးသန္႔ အစည္းအေဝး ဥကၠ႒ ၏ ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခ်က္ကို ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

Union Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin attended ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat in Vientiane, Lao PDR

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Wunna Maung Lwin arrived back in Yangon after attending the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat held in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat was held at Don Chan Palace Hotel in Vientiane on 27^th February 2016. The Meeting, chaired by the current Chair of ASEAN, Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lao PDR, was attended by ASEAN Foreign Ministers and the Secretary-General of ASEAN.

The Ministers discussed the eight priorities for ASEAN Chairmanship in 2016 introduced by Lao PDR, follow-up to the 27^th ASEAN Summit and the effective implementation of the ASEAN Community’s Blueprints 2025 and highlighted the need for comprehensive coordination within each pillar and across the pillars to achieve the targets of the blueprints. The meeting also stressed the importance of upholding and promoting ASEAN Centrality and its relevance in the evolving regional architecture and called for full and effective implementation of the revised Work Plan on Maintaining and Enhancing ASEAN Centrality,

The meeting also discussed ways and means to further deepen cooperation with dialogue partners and strengthen engagement with other external parties for mutual benefit. 

Furthermore, the ministers exchanged views on regional and international issues, including the emerging transnational security challenges such as terrorism, cyber security, disaster management, climate change, etc.
