A Myanmar delegation led by Deputy Minister U Min Zeya Hlaing for Digital Development and Communications attended the third International Technology Congress and Technologies Exhibition held in Moscow, Russia, from 8 to 10 September.
Organized by Russia’s Ministry of
Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the event brought together
more than 5,000 participants from over 40 countries, with more than 300
companies and organizations showcasing advanced technologies, including
artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and autonomous systems.
During the visit, the Myanmar
delegation attended the Congress and ICS Forum and held separate meetings with
Russian government officials and business leaders to discuss cooperation in
cybersecurity, digital sovereignty and national digital development. The
delegation also invited Russian companies to invest in Myanmar’s Cyber City
project.
