Vice-President U Nyo Saw received Ambassador of Saudi Arabia Mr Maziad Mohammed Maziad M Alhowishan at the Presidential Palace Diplomatic Reception Hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
At the meeting, they
cordially exchanged views on successfully holding a free and fair multiparty
democratic general election in 2025, political progress of Myanmar, efforts of
Myanmar to develop international relations, peace, economic and multiple sectors,
and strengthening various sectors, including bilateral relations, investment,
trade, agriculture and livestock sectors between Myanmar and Saudi Arabia.
Also present at the
meeting were Deputy Minister at the President’s Office U Khin Latt, Deputy
Minister for Foreign Affairs U Ko Ko Kyaw and officials. The Saudi Arabian
Ambassador was accompanied by embassy officials.
