A ceremony to warmly welcome back
the triumphant frontline Tatmadaw members who courageously served their duties
was held at the local battalion in Twantay Township of Yangon Region yesterday.

Tin Min Latt, departmental officials, Myanmar Police Force members, war
veterans’ association members, students and locals wel- comed back returning soldiers
with heartfelt enthusiasm.
Attendees greeted the returning
troops – who served selflessly away from their families to safeguard national
stability and the lives and property of citizens — with auspicious Eugenia
sprigs and lively musical and dance performances. Then the commander presented
