Malicious media outlets are circulating false information, claiming that Tatmadaw burned houses in Dabayin Township, Sagaing Region. In reality, on 29 September, PDF terrorists entered Dabayin Township and mobilized their troops.
Upon tip-off from residents, security forces conducted their duties and,
as a result, terrorists retreated, sustaining injuries. In their retreat, they
set fire to several houses in nearby villages to hinder security forces’
pursuit.
These subversive media outlets are fabricating news stories to create a
rift between Tatmadaw and the public while obscuring actual acts of terrorism
committed by PDF terrorists.
