25th Convocation of Defence Services Technological Academy held

 

THE 25th Convocation of the Defence Services Technological Academy was held on the morning of 11 December at the DSTA convocation hall. Commandant of DSTA Brig-Gen Aye Min Oo, Rector of DSTA Brig-Gen Thaung Naing, and faculty members attended it.

The commandant, the rector, and faculty members took their seats in the convocation hall, and then the national anthem was played, marking the opening of the graduation ceremony.

The rector conferredbachelor’s degree certificates on 118 graduates of the 25th intake, master’s degree certificates on 36 officer trainees, certificates in teaching engineering on 14 officer trainees, and post-graduate diploma certificates on 69 officer trainees.

Afterwards, the rector allowed the graduates to wear the uniforms appropriate to their degrees and signed the graduation record book.

Following these proceedings, the rector delivered the graduation speech and then announced the closure of the ceremony. The commandant, the rector, and the faculty members then left the convocation hall.
