MoALI plans to provide compensation in time for confiscated agri-land

 THE Union Minister for of Agriculture, Livestock, and Irrigation stated at the 10th meeting of the Central Agricultural Land Management Body that arrangements are being made to pay the compensation in time for the land seized by the state in accordance with existing farmland laws and regulations in order not to harm those who have the right to agricultural land, whether it is for the benefit of the state or for the public.

The discussions were made at the meeting regarding matters related to the applications for the vacant, fallow, and virgin land to be designated as agricultural land according to the relevant laws and submissions of the right to use farmland in other ways according to the provisions of the farmland laws and regulations. The Union Minister also stated that it is important for the departments to complete the ownership deed of the land used according to the relevant business.
