MoC Union Minister attends regular meeting of Myanmar Competition Commission 2/2023

 

THE regular meeting of the Myanmar Competition Commission 2/2023 was held yesterday morning at the Ministry of Commerce.

The meeting was attended by Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo who is also Chairman of the Myanmar Competition Commission, the commission vice-chairman and commission members and officials from the commission office.

Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo gave an opening address at the meeting and discussed in detail resolution actions regarding the cases of competition complaints, issues related to the publication of competitive procedures, schedule to implement the Competition Law effectively, procedures to raise awareness for the public to be widely known about the Competition Law and local processes as well as regional and international cooperation processes.
