Public Notice for Submitting Objection

 

1. UNDER Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law, Federal Democratic Party, with its headquarters located at No 731, Padethayaza Street, Ywama (North) Ward, Gyobingauk Township, Bago Region, submitted to the Union Election Commission on 9-5-2023 that the party’s name, flag and emblem will be used as described below. 

2. Therefore, those who want to object to the mentioned party name, flag and emblem that will be used by the Federal Democratic Party can object to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement. It is announced to the public under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties.
