COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, currently in Sittway, Rakhine State, along with Western Command Commander Maj-Gen Htin Latt Oo, the commander of the local naval command and officials, went on an inspection tour of the local naval bases and encouraged officials, soldiers, and their family members yesterday morning. Next, they met commanders of the naval vessels who are in charge of the transport of relief and rehabilitation materials and instructed them to manage systematic transport, timely arrival and swift distribution of relief supplies.
Afterwards, they proceeded to Kyaukpyu along the Thanzit River by the Tatmadaw (Navy) warship. Then, they inspected the local naval bases, encouraged the family members, provided supplies for them, and fulfilled their needs.
