A combined team seized
drugs worth over K3.6 million from a Mark-II vehicle at the Nam Paw bridge
checkpoint in Kutkai Township of Shan State (North) on 4 February.
The team intercepted
and searched the vehicle headed to Muse from Tee Mar Village and found 1,900
Yaba tablets and five soapboxes filled with heroin, weighing 16 grams.
The vehicle was driven
by Kyauk Shole from Tee Mar Village. Lin Suee Kyine and Hone See from Muse Town
were accompanying him. They were all arrested and will be handed over to the
Muse Myoma police station along with the drugs and the vehicle.
