Second meeting on national indicator framework held in Nay Pyi Taw

THE second meeting to develop a national indicator framework to measure Myanmar’s Sustainable Development Plan was held at the Park Royal Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister for Planning and Finance, U Set Aung, the Director General of the Ministry of Planning and Finance’s Central Statistics Organization, Dr Wah Wah Maung, and the UNDP Deputy Country Director, Ms. Shan Del Rio, delivered speeches. The meeting was held to measure the effectiveness, capacity, sustainability, and long-term effects of Myanmar’s Sustainable Development Plan during and after the implementation period.
