Central Organisation for Prevention of Human Trafficking holds meeting




The meeting of the Central Organisation for Preventing Human Trafficking was held yesterday at the Ministry of Home Affairs. Present at the meeting were Chairperson of the Central Organisation, who is also Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Kyaw Swe; central organisation members; chairpersons of working committees; and chairpersons of state and regional organisations for prevention of human trafficking.


The union minister first delivered the opening speech.

This was followed by presentations and discussions from chairpersons from the Organisation for Preventing Human Trafficking and Protecting Trafficking Victims, Legal Affairs and Prosecution Organisation, Organisation for the Repatriation, Reintegration and Rehabilitation of Trafficking Victims, members of the central organisations, and chairpersons of state and regional organisations for prevention of human trafficking.

The union minister then concluded the meeting with a closing speech.
