Rakhine State Hluttaw in line with local populace: Rakhine State Hluttaw Speaker

In his meeting with the local populace, Rakhine State Hluttaw Speaker U San Kyaw Hla said the Rakhine State Hluttaw is always in line with the local residents in all matters including reconstruction and regional development with regards to the terrorism event in Rakhine State Maungtaw region.

He mentioned this at the meeting held between the Rakhine State Hluttaw Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Hluttaw representatives, legal affairs advisory group and Maungtaw town people held yesterday afternoon in Maungtaw’s sasana beikman.

“A certain level of peace had been achieved in Maungtaw and Buthidaung region and the Rakhine State Hluttaw is in line with the local residents on the terrorism event in Rakhine State. Hluttaw is standing on the side of the local people and the union and state governments are implementing the reconstruction works. Together with the reconstruction works, regional development works and job opportunities will be included. In the hluttaw, regional development works were given a priority without affiliation to any party or person” said the Hluttaw Speaker.

The local populace discussed transparency in reconstruction and repatriation works and informing the local populace on all matters.
