A seminar on Economic Environment and Opportunities in Myanmar was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, jointly organized by the Myanmar Consulate General in Kunming and the Kunming Young Entrepreneurs Association, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event took place at the meeting hall of Yunnan Lingyun Law Office in Kunming, with a view to strengthening cooperation between businesses in Myanmar and Yunnan Province, building a secure and highly operational network for Kunming’s young entrepreneurs to share information needed for investment and business operations in Myanmar, connect business partners, exchange innovation and technological resources, and promote practical bilateral cooperation in projects and industrial investment.
The event highlighted an introduction to Myanmar’s current investment opportunities and development landscape, a presentation on the Kunming Young Entrepreneurs Association’s activities and growth, an exchange of views on investment and trade opportunities in Myanmar and an open discussion and Q&A session with attendees.
