TWO male and three female students from Myanmar have been selected to participate in the 16th Asian Science Camp 2026, which will be held at the University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China, from 2 to 8 August.
The Asian
Science Camp, launched in 2007, is held annually in different Asian locations,
including Taiwan Province of China, Bali of Indonesia, Japan, India, South
Korea, Israel, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and China.
The programme
brings together Nobel laureates and leading scientists from across Asia with
young students for a week of scientific exchange. Participants take part in
lectures, study visits and science-related competitions, with around 300 young
people from across Asia attending the event each year.
