Union-Level MSME Products Exhibition and Market Fair concludes

The awards and closing ceremony of the Union-Level MSME Products Exhibition and Market Fair took place at Nay Pyi Taw Square yesterday.

Speaking at the event, Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than, who is also Chairman of the Union-Level MSME Products Exhibition and Market Fair Organizing Committee, said six types of awards will be presented at the event, and a total of 36 knowledge-sharing seminars connecting ministries and the private sector were successfully conducted during the event. The booths sold products amounted to K16.7 billion and over 600,000 people visited them. The exhibition and market fair support the economic development of the country and the directive of the Head of State to produce agro-based industries and value-added products.

The Union Minister and party awarded the winners in different competitions, and certificates of honour to the leading committees, working committees and participant companies.
