At the Union-level MSME Products Exhibition and Market Fair being held at Nay Pyi Taw Square from 8 to 14 February, services are being provided at the Business Matching Pavilion to connect MSME products from the regions and states with markets, supporting entrepreneurs from the initial stage of establishing their businesses through domestic sales and eventually to exports to international markets.
During the exhibition
period, MSME entrepreneurs are being linked with relevant departments through
the Ministrial Coordination Team. These include the Department of Trade for
exporter and importer registration certificates, the Department of Food and Drug
Administration for FDA certification, the Department of Intellectual Property
for trademark registration, and other departments for import and export
endorsement matters.
Services are also being
provided by the Domestic Market Linkage Team to enable MSME entrepreneurs to
display and sell regional products at local retail and wholesale outlets such
as Makro, City Mart, One-Stop Mart, and Aeon.
In addition, the
Investment Linkage Team is facilitating connections between MSME entrepreneurs
and domestic banks, including Kanbawza Bank, CB Bank, AYA Bank, and SME
Development Bank, to help them obtain the financial resources and loans
required to establish new businesses or expand existing ones.
To assist MSME products
in entering overseas markets, the Overseas Market Linkage Team is coordinating
with 16 commercial attachés assigned to 12 countries.

exhibition, the Ministrial Coordination Team connected with 56 MSME
entrepreneurs; the Domestic Market Linkage Team facilitated meetings between 37
entrepreneurs and five retail and wholesale outlets; the Investment Linkage
Team arranged meetings between 25 entrepreneurs and nine banks; and the
