U Thaung Tun receives World Bank’s Vice President

U Thaung Tun, Union Minister for the Office of the Union Government, received World Bank’s Regional Vice President for East Asia and Pacific, Ms. Victoria Kwakwa at 09:30 am yesterday at the Ministry of the Office of the Union Government, Office No.18 in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, they discussed matters relating to financial and technical assistance of the World Bank in support of the Myanmar’s democratic transition as well as future co-operation activities between Myanmar and the World Bank.
