According to section 68 of the Constitution and section 100 of the Union
Government Law, the President has furnished a list of family assets under his
direct supervision to the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker.
2.
Similarly, union-level personnel previously employed and additionally employed
by the President with the approval of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, and union-level
personnel employed by the President in accordance with the Constitution have
furnished a list of their businesses and assets to the President in accordance
with section 101 of the Union Government Law.
