No boundary and limit for development based on knowledge

At an event honoring outstanding Tatmadaw members and sons and daughters of Tatmadaw members who passed the 2016- 2017 matriculation examination and outstanding youths held in Zeyathiri Hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said there is no limit and boundary to the depth and extent of knowledge and socio economic development of a people depends on human resources development while the main and basic source for human resources development is skills and knowhow obtained from schoolrooms.


As per the Myanmar saying “starts well to end well”, foundation is very important and for those who have started well by passing the matriculation examination should build on this foundation and acquire higher education for their own development as well as for the country’s development. For a nation to develop, both science and arts knowledge is important. While pursuing both knowledge cares should be taken of self in order to achieve the ultimate aim said the Senior General. Afterward, LtGen Hsan Oo explained about the achievements of the outstanding Tatmadaw members and sons and daughters of Tatmadaw members who passed the 2016- 2017 matriculation examination and award winning students of national level essay, painting and cartoon competitions. Next, awards and certificate of honors were handed out to Tatmadaw Basic Education High Schools and Tatmadaw schools with best passing results, Tatmadaw members and sons and daughters of Tatmadaw members who passed the 2016-2017 matriculation examination with distinctions and award winning students of national level essay, painting and cartoon competitions.
