A pre-Thingyan
real estate sale will be held by Naing Group at which apartments from nine
projects in Bahan, Kyauktada, Sangyoung, Botahtaung, Kamayut, Tamwe, Dagon and
Mingala Taungnyunt will be sold at a special discount from Ks30 million to
Ks300 million, depending on the quality and space of the apartments.
The real estate
sale festival will be held at Golden Valley Cluster House, near Dhammazedi Road
market place, Shwe Taung Gyar road, Bahan township on 7 and 8 April.
The real estate
sale festival will be jointly hosted by iMyanmarHouse.com and Naing Group. The
apartments can be bought in installments with bank loans.
“To buy the
apartments with a special discount, the buyers have to make a down payment of
Ks 1 million. The real estate sale festival will be held from 9 am to 5 pm,
said an official from iMyanmarHouse.com.
The apartments
are at Cluster House (Golden Valley) from Shwe Taung Gyar, Naing Group Tower II
near Sule, KBZ tower near Dagon Center, Merchant Suite Condominium near
Botahtaung Pagoda, 92 Semi Condominium in Mingala Taungnyunt township, ERC
condominium near Kyaikkasan Super One, Blossom Garden Condominium in Yawmingyi Road,
San Yeik Nyein Condominium near Hledan Market and My Condo in Tamwe Township.
