VP In Chin State: Visiting Healthcare, Education, Transportation Facilities

Vice President U Myint Swe continued his tour to Chin State yesterday visiting facilities on transportation, healthcare, and education.

Together with union and regional ministers and military officials, the Vice President first visited the construction site of Chindwin Bridge via Khamti. He heard reports about the progress of construction and instructed those responsible to focus on safety work and timely completion.>>  The Vice President then proceeded to Falam Hospital and met with patients. >> In Hakha, he met with government officers, townselders and locals at Hakha Basic Education High School, where he reaffirmed the government’s commitment in developing Chin State. He also handed over academic books there and inspected a new school building. >> The Vice President also visited Hakha Hospital and met with the patients there.
