Research Findings: Help For Medical Sector

13 research papers have been read out at the paper reading session held at Yangon University.
Yangon branch of Higher Education Department organized a two-day workshop, and 13 groups participated to present their researches. 

Most of the topics read in the session are about medicinal related subjects, and the researchers hope to apply these facts in providing treatment.
Resource Person, Department of Physics, Dr. Khin Chaw Win: We did a research about Anticancer Property of Some Myanmar Medical Pants. We come to know that some medical plants can halt the Tumor Necrotic Factor (TNF) of cancerous tumors. It took us 3 years to come to a result; we are still trying to legalize these results.
According to the researchers, some papers took about 10 years to compile complete data.
Resource Person, Department Of Physics, Prof. Dr. Aye Aye Thant:My topic is about Preparing Bioactive Alpha TCP (Tricalcium Phosphate) for Bone replacement, which has been tested already with positive results in a Japan University, where I did training for one month .So We can use this product to substitute in place of prostatic steels. As my teacher from Japan suggested, we are introducing this material with a much lower generation as prostatic teeth as we do not want to be late while giving introduction.
The paper reading session lasted 2 days from November 8th to 9th and the best researchers’ group were honored on the final day.
