Rakhine State Advisory Commission members visit Sittway Hospital

Member of the Advisory Commission on Rakhine State met with local people and internally displaced persons receiving medical care at the Sittway People’s Hospital yesterday.

During the visit, they also viewed the patients from Thakkalpyin, Darpaing and Bumay relief camps in Sittway Township and from relief camps from Myaybon and Paukttaw Townships.

Head of Rakhine State Health Department Dr Shwe Thein conducted them around eye unit, delivery unit and pediatric unit of the hospital.

The commission returned to Yangon by air following the visit to the hospital.
