Senior
General Min Aung Hlaing met Chinese Minister of Public Security Guo Sheng Kun
during his visit in China on November 2nd.
They discussed for security matters
along borders, drug eradication process, cooperation in combating human
trafficking and transnational crimes and prevention measures for terrorist
attacks.
Later
in the day, the Senior General and party flied to Southern Theater Command in
Guangdong, and met with Political Commissar General Wei Liang.
They
later proceeded to Da Shuai Fu Jetty and enjoyed the cruising along Pearl River
or Zhu Jiang River. On November 3rd, the Senior General and party visited the
shipyard of Chinese Navy, and observed the sub-marine docking there. They also
looked into Dong Xian Housing for war veterans.
