President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, His Excellency U Min Aung Hlaing To Pay Official Visit to the Russian Federation

AT the invitation of His Excellency Mr Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, His Excellency U Min Aung Hlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, will pay an Official Visit to the Russian Federation in the near future. During the visit, the President of Myanmar will meet with the President of the Russian Federation, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and other officials from the Russian Government. The President will cordially discuss matters related to the further consolidation of existing friendly relations and strategic cooperation across all areas of mutual interest, including economic, security and social spheres.

During the visit, the President will also attend the Myanmar-Russia Business Forum.

The President will be accompanied by Union Ministers and officials during the visit.
