Basic foodstuffs provided in Chin State

 

Food supplies, nutritional supplements and essential medicines provided by the National Disaster Management Committee were handed over by Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Kyaw Swa Oo at Falam Town Hall and the People’s Hospital yesterday.

The deputy minister also inspected reconstruction work at damaged government offices, staff housing and other facilities in Falam Township.

In Tiddim and Tonzang townships, officials inspected ongoing rehabilitation and reconstruction work at public buildings, schools, staff housing and other facilities.
