A training course on Digital Transformation in Public Administration, organized in cooperation with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in Moscow, was launched yesterday at the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar).
The
opening ceremony saw Union Civil Service Board Chairman U Tin Maung Win, board
member U Tun Tun Win, trainers from RANEPA, university rectors, and trainees.
The
chairman delivered the opening address, while RANEPA training team leader Professor
Gadzaov Felix Ruslanovich explained the objectives and background of the
programme.
The
course will be conducted in both in-person and online formats over two weeks
from 16 to 26 June. A total of 20 faculty members from the two Civil Service
Academies are taking the course.
Following
the ceremony, the chairman met trainees from the Mid-Level Officer Training
Course No 15 and Clerical Staff Training Course No 116, inspected mushroom and
seasonal crop cultivation projects at trainee dormitories, and later had lunch
with trainees from Junior Officer Training Course No 106.
