Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye, accompanied by Commander Maj-Gen
Kyaw Lin Maung of the South-East Command, visited Tatmadaw members and members
of the People’s Militia (local) receiving medical treatment at the local
Tatmadaw hospital in Mawlamyine yesterday morning.
The Union minister and officials reportedly enquired about the patients’
injuries, illnesses, medical treatment, and recovery, offered words of
encouragement, and provided cash assistance and nutritious meals to those
hospitalized.
