The Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced that Myanma Post will issue a new special commemorative postage stamp featuring an image of a Myanma tea plantation (K200) in honour of tea cultivated and produced in Myanmar.
The stamp will be placed on sale simultaneously from 9:30 am on 26 February 2026 (Thursday), the 11th waxing day of Tabodwe, 1387 ME, at the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, the Yangon General Post Office, the Mandalay General Post Office, and other main post offices in the respective regions and states.
As a special arrangement, date cancellation marks will be stamped on postage stamps and First Day Covers purchased on 26 February 2026 (Thursday) at the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon General Post Office and Mandalay General Post Office.
