U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, received Mr Segundo Martin Calero Escorica, Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw.
The
deputy minister congratulated his appointment as Ambassador of Nicaragua to
Myanmar. They cordially and openly exchanged views on further strengthening the
existing friendly relations between the two countries, including the reciprocal
opening of embassies, enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation, and
closer collaboration in regional and international arenas.
