Ceremony held in Hlegu to honour victorious Tatmadaw members

 

The honouring ceremony for the brave soldiers who fought fiercely and achieved victories against the AA and PDF terrorist groups in Kyaukpyu Township, Rakhine State, was held yesterday afternoon at the local battalion in Intine Village, Hlegu Township, Yangon Region. The ceremony was attended by Yangon Command Commander Maj-Gen Pyae Sone Lin, as well as departmental officials, students, artists, and residents.

To ensure that people in each region and state can live and work in peace, and to safeguard their lives, homes, and property, as well as to maintain national stability and peace in the region, victorious Tatmadaw members have served tirelessly day and night on the front lines. The Commander of the Yangon Command, along with officials and residents, welcomed the victorious Tatmadaw members with sprigs of Eugenia, garlands, and floral tributes. The joyous celebration featured a pom-pom dance troupe, as well as the beating of traditional drums, the playing of musical instruments, and lively dances. The Yangon Command commander presented cash awards to the victorious Tatmadaw members.
