5 special civil appeal cases passed judgements; 6 special civil cases heard

 

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice U Tha Htay of the Supreme Court of the Union, and Daw Pyone Pyone Aye, U Win Myint, Daw Soe Khet Khet, Daw Thin Thin Cho, judges of the Supreme Court of the Union, was convened at the Zeyathiri District Court in Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday morning, and passed judgements for five special appeal cases Nos: 42/2025 (Yangon), 28/2025 (Kachin), 43/2025 (Ayeyawady), 45/2025 (Kachin) and 53/2025 (Yangon).

In addition, a total of six special civil appeal cases: Nos 37/2025 (Mandalay), 46/2025 (Yangon), 50/2025 (Kachin), 51/2025 (Kachin), 52/2025 (Yangon) and 54/2025 (Ayeyawady) were heard.
