A four-day workshop on the upgrade and technical support of FDM and DDMS Software, aimed at digitally recording contract registration processes under the Registration of Deeds Law and Farmland Law, was successfully concluded yesterday. The workshop was held at the meeting hall of the Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department in Yankin Township, Yangon.
The
workshop was held from 7 to 10 February, and a total of 193 staff of the
Settlement and Land Records Department from Yangon Region, Mon State, Kayin
State, Rakhine State and Taninthayi Region.
The
workshop focused on developing new software to enable digital recording of
contract registrations and farmland-related documentation, aiming to facilitate
online data backup systems linking offices with the head office for more
efficient data management.
The
workshop was being held starting 14 January in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay Region,
Shan State, and now in Yangon Region. It will be held in Pathein of Ayeyawady
Region from 18 to 21 February.
